Dear Authors,

We have to inform you that among the articles submitted recently to our journal Teaching of Mathematics and Computer Science (TMCS) there are many papers PWW (Proof without Words). We could make a shrewd guess it was not accidental. Some of our colleagues in the Editorial Board scrutinized the problem and found sources – books and journals (e.g. Kárteszi, F.: Szemléletes geometria, Budapest, Gondolat, 1966; Mathematics Magazine; College Mathematics Journal) - where similar papers were published.
In the earlier issues of TMCS we accepted papers PWW topics of which were also very similar to some of the papers published in the above mentioned sources. We are afraid that the readers of our journals might query the originality of them.
